Summer Pudding

100g silken tofu
1/4 cup walnuts
2 nectarines
1 passionfruit
Roughly grind the walnuts and pour into the base of a jar or bowl. Blend the tofu and 1.5 nectarines (the rest can be used for decoration). Pour the blended mix into the jar on top of the walnuts. Cover with the pulp of a passionfruit, chopped nectarine (the left over half), and some crushed walnuts. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
